Legacy Community Services respects the privacy of every family, volunteer, donor, partner, and community member who contacts our organization.
Information submitted through this website, by email, by telephone, at an event, or through a program application is used only for legitimate organizational purposes.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, household information, assistance needs, volunteer interests, donation inquiries, event registrations, and other details you voluntarily provide.
Information may be used for program administration, eligibility review, assistance coordination, volunteer and donor communications, event updates, community resource referrals, recordkeeping, and other activities directly related to the organization’s mission.
Legacy Community Services does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with outside parties except when necessary to provide requested services, coordinate an authorized referral, comply with applicable law, protect safety, or when you have given permission.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and general location. We use this information to improve our website and outreach. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or application responses to Google Analytics. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no email, website, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
A parent or legal guardian should submit information concerning a minor. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children without appropriate adult involvement.
